RELEASED ON NOV. 1, 2024 – Nashville, TN: My latest Single, “DANCE UNTIL DAWN” can now be heard on 80+ music platforms worldwide! I wrote this song, sang the lead & harmony vocals as well as arranging and produced it in studio with Mr. Bob Williams, Recording Engineer. I am super excited about the Final tracks and have been playing it Live in my Shows this past year. The Studio musicians that performed on this were extraordinary, but it’s a guitar driven song and those tracks were played by Grammy & Dove Award winner, Mr. Tom Hemby. It’s a song about a guy coming in to his favorite Bar and ready to dance the night away! My last Single, “WHEN WILL YOU COME HOME AGAIN” can be heard on all the music platforms as well. This is the first song I not only wrote & performed but arranged and produced it in studio and am especially proud of the Final tracks. It’s a song about two lovers, who have gone their separate ways and after years have gone by, they still have a desire to know whether they cross each others minds from time to time. This haunting melody is further heightened by the sounds of the pedal steel guitar played by the renowned Mr. Bruce Bouton, who’s played on both Ricky Skaggs & Garth Brooks albums. It has an uplifting message for such a time as this and laced with a buttery smooth violin track played by Ms. Julie Jackson. I wrote this song out of my personal salvation experience, (which I’ve often nicknamed, ‘My Love Song to Jesus’), it was written with a vision so that others would be able to relate to the same kind of experience I had. I have fond memories of being Interviewed as a Featured Artist on FOX 17’s “Rock & Review” Show, Hosted by Eric Dahl and aired on January 27th, 2023. I was also asked to appear on “The Daily Refresh” Show on Fox’s sister station, WTVC Channel 9 in Chattanooga! In addition, The Mark Anthony Ensemble had the honor of performing my last 2 Singles Live on WSMV Channel 4’s “Today in Nashville” Show, (check out my Gallery for some fun pics of us on the Gibson Gives Stage). 2024 was a busy year for the Mark Anthony Ensemble, playing numerous Festivals and outdoor events starting with Main Street Festival sponsored by the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County in Downtown Franklin. This event is one of the largest Festivals in the SE, attended by well over 100,000 people and this year exceeded that! We also travelled to the Memphis area in Collierville, TN to be the Headliner for their “Fair On The Square” and were selected to perform for this year’s Bellevue Community Picnic, Smyrna’s Depot Days & “Franklin On The Fourth” celebrating Independence Day. The Band was requested for the 2nd time to perform for this year’s Pumpkinfest and we lit up the Main Stage with another spectacular performance.
